A pre-order is a real order, and it will ship or your money back. No questions. No fine print. Pre-orders allow small businesses like ours to fund production. We would never abuse your trust. FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE SHIPPING ($10 estimated value) to all pre-order customers in the continental US. It's our way of thank you for early support of our small business.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our product has been manufactured under rigid specifications and control and is warranted for one year by Curvi Inc. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligations are limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration or improper installation.

REFUNDS & RETURNS

It depends ...

YES: If you open your box and discover a manufacturing defect, then it is eligible for a refund or replacement. We stand by our product and you deserve to be 100% satisfied. Just email us a photograph of the defect first. Once we reply, you may ship the item back to us. Use a trackable shipping service. If you prefer a refund, we can reimburse you 100% (not including shipping) if you return the item to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time but we will expedite as quickly as possible.

NOIf you install and use our product in your shower, it cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. It is considered a "personal care" item, like socks or underwear. So you must observe and photograph any defect before usage. A damaged item -- after it was used in your shower -- is not eligible for return or refund. It is unsafe and inconsiderate to warehouse and logistics staff to handle a used personal care item.
