QUALITY GUARANTEE

Our product has been manufactured under rigid specifications and control. It is warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligations are limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration or improper installation.

 

SHIPPING PROMISE

When it's in stock, it ships out the next business day using 2 to 5 day courier service in the Continental USA. You will get a tracking number from UPS or USPS. We are not liable for "porch pirates" who steal packages from your doorstep or lobby. But we will help you file a claim and get a replacement.

 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

You deserve to be 100% satisfied. But a returning a shower product?

  • YES, it is eligible for a refund or replacement for any reason (if you change your mind, it doesn't fit, or you discover a defect within 30 days) and you never used it with water. If there's a defect, please email us a photograph, which will help us improve quality control. But this is optional. Regardless, we will send you a return shipping label (free if you paid for outbound shipping). Repack and send the original box. Once we get it back, we’ll send you a free replacement, or process a 100% refund of the item cost, minus 10% restocking fee and any return label cost (if you got free outbound shipping).
  • NO, it cannot be returned if you install and bathe with our product, even once. It is then a used "personal care" item, like socks or underwear. For hygienic reasons, and the safety and consideration of essential workers, we ask that you not return a used personal care item.

 

RETURNS PROCESS

For reasons beyond everyone's control, returns are wasteful and refunds take time. Here's how we make it as stress-free as possoble:

  1. I will email you a return label (immediate).
  2. You repack the item, print and apply the label directly to the original box.
  3. It arrives at our location (up to 5 business days later).
  4. It's inspected for water damage (next business day).
  5. If it passes inspection, a refund is issued to you (next business day) for the product price, minus a 10% restocking fee, and maybe also about -$10 for the return label (if you got free outbound shipping).
  6. Your funds appear up to 5 business later, depending on the banks.

Now we don't need to go through all this. You can still keep the item to enjoy a dreamy shower! Or you can gift it to someone. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

We stopped shipping internationally, outside the USA. Global shipping costs for an individual unit are higher than the product itself. We need to work with a wholesale importer, country by country. Hopefully we can expand in 2024. If items are shipped outside the USA, they can take up to 21 days to arrive. We  can't redirect orders once they are dispatched, nor do we assume responsibility for delays by destination Customs clearance, nor can we take responsibility for any Customs fees incurred when the goods arrive into their country of destination. This is your responsibility, and can increase costs considerably.
