Our product has been manufactured under rigid specifications and control and is warranted by Curvi Inc. to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Our obligations are limited to the replacement or refund of purchase price of this product and do not include any liability for damages for claims because of accidents, negligence, misuse, alteration or improper installation.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
It depends ...
NO: If you install and use our product in your shower, even once, it cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons. It is considered a "personal care" item, like socks or underwear. It is unsafe (and inconsiderate) to ask essential workers to handle a used personal care item.
YES: If you open your box and discover a manufacturing defect, then it is eligible for a refund or replacement. We stand by our product and you deserve to be 100% satisfied. Just email us a photograph of the defect first. Once we reply, you may ship the item back to us. Use a trackable shipping service. If you prefer a refund, we can reimburse you 100% (not including shipping) if you return the item to us at your expense within 30 days of receiving it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement or refund request. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. There is often some processing time but we will expedite as quickly as possible.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Items shipped outside the USA can take up to 14 days to arrive. We are also unable to redirect orders once they are dispatched. We can't assume responsibility for delays by destination Customs clearance, nor can we take responsibility for any Customs fees incurred when the goods arrive into their country of destination. This is your responsibility.
