Back in Production 🎉 Your EXPANDY® is Being Made
Good news: we are back in production!
After the sealing machine failures over the holidays, the bad film from the wrong supplier, the product recall in February, and months of seeking the right supplier … we are making EXPANDY® panels again. The right way, with the right material, here in the USA.
Not to restate the obvious, but the re-shoring of manufacturing took much longer than expected. And I sincerely apologize. Some of you received a defective product. Others pre-ordered and never received anything at all. And that’s not ok. I won’t sugarcoat that.
What I can tell you is that I fought for you the entire time. Your order has been protected: guaranteed delivery, original price, original priority position. That hasn't changed. And now, at long last, production has restarted and we expect to ship by June 1. I know I said mid-May in my last email. We're a couple of weeks behind. But this is not a maybe; it’s happening.

Thank you for sticking with me through what has been, honestly, a brutal few months. I fought hard to keep this made in America, and I got there. The product you're about to receive is better than ever.
