It's Patrick again. I promised you an update from the factory floor. I'm here at Danielle Die Cut in Garfield, NJ. The machine behind me is a high-speed clamshell press. Every EXPANDY® panel gets cut out first by Peter and his team.
These wood panels are custom steel-rule cutting dies that shape every triangle and hoop. Made by laser (and hand-set) by Ronniel at Supreme Steel Rule Dies in Paterson, NJ. Stacked material is ready.
This will go very quickly, now that all material is prepped, the dies are set, and equipment is configured. Next week, I'll show you Frankie sealing the parts together. We'll have a finished unit in hand. Then we ship to you!
