Still in Production 🏭 Ship Date Soon 🚀
It's Patrick again. I'll be direct and honest: production is running, but June 1 (tomorrow) is not happening. We'll need another week, possibly two.
Remember Dennis and Ronnie from Supreme? They delivered three of the five dies we require, but they need until Wednesday to finish the last two. These talented artisans are BUSY with many other companies who are re-shoring to the USA. And I couldn't be happier for them. We can wait a few more days.
But that means Frankie and I can't start until Wednesday. So I will send you another update from the factory floor on June 3. Frankie is a pro, and he might need a few days to make adjustments. I'm not going to ship until everything is right. (I learned that lesson the hard way.)
I'm not giving you a new date. Not because I don't care, but because every date I've given you has slipped, and I won't do that to you again. What I will do is tell you the moment I have product in hand, a confirmed ship date, and boxes ready to go. That email will be: "It's shipping. Here's your tracking number."
As always, if you want a refund, I completely understand. Reply to this email and I'll process it immediately, no questions asked. You've been more than patient.
